Lead( Consignment) position is responsible for driving compliance of service center processes by maintaining accuracy and reconciliation of material within the warehouse. This position will audit all inbound and outbound processes to maintain inventory accuracy. This position will drive the daily cycle count execution, discrepancy investigation, and perform inventory adjustments. This position will also manage CEK card processes and auditing.

Standard work:

Supervises the receipt and storage of equipment, materials, merchandise and similar item in a storeroom or warehouse.

Ensures that items are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes.

Supervises employees who fill orders or requisitions for materials, and keep records of items issued and received.

Coordinates the day-to-day operations of group of employees.

Manage inventory for 100% bin accuracy

Deep dive and resolve any short pick issues

The development and execution of standard work practices which serve to uphold or improve safety, quality, and delivery performance.

Perform root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions; perform PDCA process.
